We absolutely loved our stay at this guesthouse! The location was perfect as it was only a few minutes away from the Kruger Park gate, making it very easy for us to access the park. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the well-maintained garden with the swimming pool and the braai area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us valuable advice on activities in and around the park.
Nothing that we didn't like.

This hotel was a great find! its location is unbeatable - just minutes away from the Kruger Park gate, making it easy to access all the wildlife adventures. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a lovely outside bathroom that added a unique touch. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast options were delicious. this hotel offered great value for money and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Phalaborwa. the location was perfect as it was close to everything, including the Kruger National Park. It only took me 5 to 10 minutes to get there, which was very convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided excellent service and even went out of their way to help me retrieve a forgotten device from my room. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the swimming pool. I especially loved the super nice "outside" bathroom. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.
No improvements needed, everything was just perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Kruger gate, making it easy to access the national park. I loved the unique and charming outdoor bathroom, adding a touch of tropical luxury to my stay. The room was well-equipped with various utensils, making it convenient for self-catering if desired. The breakfast provided at this hotel was truly amazing, starting the day off on a delicious note.
There was nothing that I believe could be improved. Everything was great.

The location was great, near to the central Kruger Park, and the swimming pool was big and refreshing. the owner was very friendly and accommodating, offering fresh milk for coffee/tea and a comfortable and cool lapa area.
The room was on the small side for the charges, and there was no back-up power plan in case of a power failure. while a table tennis table was available, other amenities such as an affordable breakfast option or breakfast pack were not offered.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received at this hotel. The management and reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable bed. We had a peaceful night's sleep in a safe and quiet environment. The hotel management provided helpful advice about local facilities and attractions. we had an excellent value for money experience at A Traveller's Palm and would recommend it to others.

This hotel’s location was excellent for us, as it was close to both a supermarket and the Kruger park. Everything, including the Kruger gate, was easily accessible. the breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruits a highlight. the beds and shower were comfortable, and the swimming pool was pleasant. the staff welcomed us warmly, and the room was clean and well-maintained.
The limited space for our luggage was a drawback.
